When there is an expectation of growth in a certain residential area the commercial property is easily leased out. Before you make your investment though you should evaluate the potential growth of the area carefully. Sometimes you should also partner with other people when investing in commercial real estate if the area is really going to explode in growth and you want to get in on it.
