Most of the time a business will come in a lease the property before the area has even grown because of their expectations of growth. Before you make your investment though you should evaluate the potential growth of the area carefully. Sometimes you should also partner with other people when investing in commercial real estate if the area is really going to explode in growth and you want to get in on it.
